Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has warned about the risk of terrorist attacks and sabotage on critical infrastructure facilities and stressed the importance of inter-agency coordination in countering such threats.

“At present, the likelihood of terrorist attacks and sabotage on critical infrastructure facilities still remains. It is good that we have built the professional Security Service, and the Service is able to prevent these threats. But we need interdepartmental coordination,” Poroshenko said at a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council dedicated to the principles of information security, cyber security threats and the ways to neutralize them, pointing to the importance of exchange of experience with partner countries, the presidential press service reported.
