Power supply was fully restored in the Ukrainian city of Avdiyivka situated on the Donbas contact line on Feb. 20, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine said in a report on Feb. 21 morning.
Heating and water service is good in the city, it said.
The blackout occurred on Feb. 18 as a result of hostilities, which damaged a 110kV power transmission line near Avdiyivka. Power supply was cut to the city, the Avdiyivka Coke Plant and Donetsk Water Filtering Station.
