Ex-Deputy Presidential Administration head under disgraced ex-President Viktor Yanukovych Andriy Portnov has been called to PGO’s Special Investigations Office on July 29 for questioning as a witness in the criminal proceedings involving facts of criminal obstruction of holding rallies in November 2013 – February 2014.
“Mr. Portnov, residing in Kyiv, in accordance with the requirements of Article 133, 135, you are summoned to appear on July 29, 2019 at 11:00 to the PGO’s Office of Special Investigations … for interrogation and simultaneous interrogation as a witness in criminal proceeding No. 42013110000001029,” a copy of the summons posted by the PGO on July 22 said.
