Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vadym Prystaiko, in his conversation with the chairman of the lower house (Chamber of Deputies) of the Czech Republic, called on the Czech parliament to recognize the Holodomor as an act of genocide of the Ukrainian people.

“Discussed intensifying our inter-parliamentary dialogue with Radek Vondráček, the Speaker of the Czech Chamber of Deputies, in particular the possible exchange of visits by Heads of Parliament. Encouraged CZ Parliament to recognize Holodomor as a genocide against Ukrainians,” Prystaiko wrote on Twitter on Feb. 4.

As reported, on February 4, Foreign Minister of Ukraine is visiting the Czech Republic and takes part in the Ukrainian-Czech forum.
