Moscow will not respond to Kyiv after it did not allow Russian citizens to vote in the Russian presidential election in Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
“We will not respond with any restrictions. On the contrary, we will make everything for Ukrainians to fell at home in Russia,” Putin told journalists in Moscow.
“Russia will respond with nothing,” he said.
Putin also called Ukrainians a fraternal people.
