The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has appointed 14 new members of the Central Election Commission (CEC).

The newly appointed members of the Central Election Commission are: Alla Basalayeva (Vidrodzhennia group; 280 affirmative votes); Natalia Bernatska, First Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine (People’s Front; 307 affirmative votes); Mykhailo Verbensky, Director of the Department for Analytical Work of the Interior Ministry (Petro Poroshenko Bloc (BPP); 286 affirmative votes); Andriy Yevstigneyev (Batkivshchyna; 309 affirmative votes); Iryna Yefremova (People’s Front faction; 307 affirmative votes); Olha Zheltova, deputy head of the Secretariat of the Parliamentary Committee on Legal Policy and Justice (BPP, 305 affirmative votes); Oleh Konopolsky (BPP, 288 affirmative votes); Svitlana Kustova (BPP; 306 affirmative votes); Olha Lotiuk (BPP; 296 affirmative votes); Vitaliy Plukar (BPP; 302 affirmative votes); Yevhen Radchenko (Samopomich; 289 affirmative votes); Tetiana Slipachuk (People’s Will; 317 affirmative votes); Leontiy Shypylov (People’s Front; 308 affirmative votes); Tetiana Yuzkova (Radical Party; 307 affirmative votes).
