The Verkhovna Rada has dismissed the request by Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko to give its consent to stripping Radical Party MP Andriy Lozovoi from his parliamentary immunity and his prosecution.
This request was supported only by 177 lawmakers at the plenary session on July 11, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.
