Ukraine’s parliament has said it intends in the first reading to consider the draft law on the state budget of Ukraine for 2020 on October 18, Parliament Speaker Dmytro Razumkov has said.
“In the first reading, the bill on the state budget for 2020 will be adopted tentatively for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada on October 18, 2019,” Razumkov said at a meeting of the Rada leaders of factions and groups of parliament on Oct. 1.
As reported, on September 15, the draft law (No. 2000) on the state budget of Ukraine for 2020 was submitted to the Verkhovna Rada and submitted to the leadership of the parliament.
On September 20, the Verkhovna Rada adopted for consideration the draft state budget for 2020. Finance Minister Oksana Markarova presented the draft budget, and MPs asked her questions.
