People responsible for war crimes in Donbas cannot be eligible for amnesty, Dmytro Razumkov, the leader of the Ukrainian pro-presidential party Servant of the People, said on July 22 evening.
“If we talk about amnesty for militants, for people involved in war crimes, I don’t think there can be any option for them, and no amnesty is applicable in this respect either in Ukraine or abroad,” Razumkov said on the ICTV television channel.
