You're reading: Reuters: OSCE members urge parties to Ukraine conflict to meet commitments

Member states of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) agree on the need for the parties to the conflict in eastern Ukraine to meet their commitments to end the violence there, the group’s chairman said on Dec. 9.

Frank-Walter Steinmeier, who is also Germany’s foreign minister, said the 57 member states, at a two-day meeting in Hamburg, had also backed a “structured dialogue” on security and arms control in Europe.
