WASHINGTON – U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has told Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko that Russia’s actions in eastern Ukraine remain an obstacle to improved U.S.-Russian relations and he reiterated his “firm” support for Kyiv.
