Five people have been killed after a car plowed into a crowd of pedestrians in Kharkiv on Oct. 18. Kharkiv police have launched a criminal case involving driving-safety violations and a 20-year-old female suspect has been arrested. The sixth victim died in a hospital on Oct. 26.
