Russia-led forces have opened fire on the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces 27 times over the past 24 hours, with no casualties recorded among Ukrainian soldiers, the press service of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) has said.

“Kremlin-backed forces opened fire on the positions of our troops 27 times. At the same time, separatists twice used weapons banned by the Minsk agreements […] No losses among the personnel of the Joint Forces were recorded during fighting in the past day,” the JFO headquarters said in a report on its Facebook page on September 25.

Russia-backed separatists fired at the positions of the Ukrainian Joint Forces near Krymske, Novotoshkivske, Zolote, Svitlodarsk, Zaitseve, Pivdenne, Pisky, Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Novotroitske, Hnutove, Vodiane, Lebedynske, and Shyrokyne.

According to Ukrainian intelligence, one separatist was killed and four others were injured.
