Russia discussing with Ukraine swap of sailors detained in Kerch Strait

MOSCOW – Russia is discussing with Ukraine the issue of a swap of the Ukrainian sailors detained in the Kerch Strait, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin said.

“Of course, it is being discussed, we’re thinking it over,” Karasin told reporters on July 15, responding to a question from Interfax.
