MOSCOW. Dec 6 (Interfax) – Russia, the European Commission and Ukraine are planning to hold trilateral talks on gas on Dec. 10, a Russian Energy Ministry spokesperson told journalists.
The spokesperson said that the talks will be held in Brussels.
