Russia-led forces have violated the ceasefire regime in eastern Ukraine six times on July 28, according to the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) Facebook page.

“In response to the shelling attacks of the Russian-occupation forces, our defenders opened fire. There were no combat losses as a result of enemy fire among the Ukrainian defenders. The Ukrainian side of the JCCC informed the representatives of the OSCE Mission about the facts of violations by the Russian occupation forces, using the established coordination mechanism,” the message says.

During the shelling attacks, the Russia-controlled forces used 82 caliber 120 mm mortars, hand-held anti-tank and automatic heavy grenade launchers, anti-tank missile systems, as well as large-caliber machine guns and small arms. In addition, on the border of Luhansk and Donetsk regions, an enemy unmanned aerial vehicle of the Orlan-10 type was seen flying over the disengagement line.
