The Ukrainian Ministry of Culture has removed Russian actor Fyodor Dobronravov from its list of individuals who pose a national security threat.

The actor’s name does not appear on the list which was updated on June 14.

The list is compiled on the basis of requests from the National Security and Defense Council, the Security Service, and the National TV and Radio Broadcasting Council.

The latest version names 147 individuals.

On November 22, 2017, it emerged that Dobronravov had been banned by Ukraine’s Security Service from entering the country for three years because of his trips to Crimea.

On March 27 this year a court in Kyiv overturned the ban, and this ruling was later upheld by a court of appeals.

Dobronravov appeared in a popular TV series The Matchmakers, which was produced by Studio Kvartal 95 of Volodymyr Zelensky, who is now the president of Ukraine.
