Mikheil Saakashvili, who has recently resigned as Odesa governor, has said Donald Trump, who will become the 45th US president, is a strong and unpredictable personality, so Kyiv should keep both eyes open.
“I have known Trump for more than 20 years, we are friends. I predicted this. He is a strong personality with unpredictable policy. We should be cautious and organized more than ever…” Saakashvili wrote on Facebook page on Nov. 9.
