The leader of the New Forces Movement and ex-governor of the Odesa region, Mikheil Saakashvili, said his Facebook page can now be accessed only from a mobile device and not from a personal computer.

“My page is under a massive attack! At the moment, the possibility of visiting my page from a personal computer is almost entirely blocked, but the mobile version is working,” Saakashvili wrote on his Facebook page, which is available in a mobile version.

Experts said access to the page was closed by “Ukraine’s largest national operator, which sells traffic to smaller regional operators,” Saakashvili said. “But the mobile version shares data with the United States directly, so they cannot block it,” he said.
