MINSK – Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office to the Trilateral Contact Group Martin Sajdik has announced a decrease in the number of ceasefire violations in Donbas.
“According to the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission, the number of ceasefire violations from August 25 until today has decreased by 67%, the number of truce breakdowns by 74%,” the official told reporters in Minsk on Sept.6.
