MINSK – Working out a roadmap on settlement in Donbas is the responsibility of the Normandy format, Martin Sajdik, Special Representative of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, said, responding to a question posed by Interfax.
“The roadmap is a matter for the Normandy format and working meetings in various formats of the Normandy format,” he said.
Hopefully, the Normandy-format foreign ministers will be meeting soon, he said. “There should be a Normandy-format meeting at the level of foreign ministers. I hope this meeting will happen in the very near future,” he said.
