The Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) has launched an inquiry on a count of sabotage following explosions and fire at the Defense Ministry’s artillery depots near Balaklia in the Kharkiv region, SBU spokesperson Olena Hitlianska told Interfax-Ukraine on March 23.
“[The SBU] has opened a case on a count of sabotage. An investigation is under way,” she said.
