Ukraine’s SBU State Security Service has put Antifashist (Antifascist) e-zine author Volodymyr Skachko on the wanted list, saying he is suspected of infringing on the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
Ukraine’s Interior Ministry website included him in the list of “persons hiding from authorities” on March 11, 2019. He is suspected of committing crimes under Part 2 of Article 110 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code (infringing on the territorial integrity of Ukraine).
A court order has been issued to detain him.
