Officers of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) have raided premises of the Forum Victoria Park business center (belongs to Forum Management Group), blocking operation of around 10 IT companies, Masi Nayyem, a brother of MP Mustafa Nayyem and the owner of Miller law firm, wrote on his Facebook page.

“So, the raid of IT companies “in a new way.” Today, for the whole day a dozen of IT companies do not work. Raids at the city of Kyiv, 7, Akhtyrsky Avenue [Forum Victoria Park business center is located there]. There is a ruling of the Pechersky district court “about inspecting the complex of nonresidential premises.” The ruling was issued under the petition of an investigator from the Office for Investigating Major Cases of the main Investigation Department of the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine,” he wrote.

Nayyem also said that the criminal case, within which these investigative actions take place, concerns abuse of office by officials of the city planning and architecture department of the Kyiv City Administration.
