Russia-backed separatists fired on the positions of the Ukrainian military in Donbas area seven times on July 19 as of 6:00 p.m., as a result of which one soldier was killed, Kyiv reported.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces “returned fire four times,” the press center said on Facebook.
The separatist’s sniper opened fire at Maryinka, Donetsk region, approximately at noon, the press center said. As a result, one soldier died of a gunshot wound.
