MP of Servant of the People faction Yelyzaveta Yasko headed delegation of the Ukrainian parliament in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).

The members of the delegation took a respective decision at its constitutive meeting, as a correspondent of Interfax-Ukraine said.

MP from Batkivschyna faction Serhiy Sobolev became first deputy head of the delegation, Holos party faction member Rustem Umerov appointed delegation’s deputy head.

Yasko was born in 1990. She graduated from Blavatnik School of Government at Oxford University, where she led the Ukrainian community. Afterward Yasko worked at the UK Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, the Ukrainian Catholic University, and in the strategic communications team of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine.

At Verkhovna Rada, she is a member of the Foreign Policy and Inter-parliamentary Cooperation Committee, chairs the Subcommittee on Inter-parliamentary, Bilateral and Multilateral Relations.
