You're reading: SkyUp Airlines launches flights from Lviv to Tel-Aviv

Ukrainian low-cost SkyUp Airlines (Kyiv) on Sunday, November 24, launched direct regular flights from Lviv to Tel-Aviv (Israel).

According to the airline’s press service, flights will be operated twice a week – on Thursdays and Sundays. The planes will land at the Ben Gurion International Airport.

The cost of a one-way ticket without luggage starts from Hr 2,300, with luggage – from Hr 3,000.

In addition, SkyUp plans to operate flights to Tel Aviv from Zaporizhia. The flight program begins on December 5, 2019.

SkyUp Airlines LLC was registered in Kyiv in June 2016. The founder is ACS-Ukraine LLC of Tetiana and Yuriy Alba, who also own the JoinUp! tour operator.

According to the unified register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the ultimate beneficiaries of SkyUp are Oleksandr (50 percent) and Yuriy (50 percent) Alba.

The company began charter flights from the end of May 2018.
