SMM OSCE reports violation of ceasefire in Donbas

Works on the filtration plant in Donetsk were suspended due to the shelling, the Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) of the OSCE reported on Twitter.

“#DFS: Works ended abruptly. Ceasefire breached. Civilians continue to suffer. Stop shooting now!” the statement reads.
