Oleksandr Tupytsky, who was the deputy head of the court, has been elected the new head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, a source in the court told Interfax-Ukraine.
“Oleksandr Tupytsky has been elected the new head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine,” the agency’s source said.
