The telephone conversation of the leaders of Ukraine, Russia, France and Germany have come to an end, an informed source told Interfax-Ukraine.
The negotiations of the Normandy Four have ended, they lasted for about two hours, the source said.
According to the source, Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Erturul Apakan and his first deputy Alexander Hug also took part in the conversation.
