Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk has signed an order to convene an extraordinary plenary meeting of parliament on October 21 at the request of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, according to the Telegram channel of the parliament.

There are 14 issues on the agenda. In particular, the head of state proposes to consider the draft laws “On the ratification of the memorandum of understanding between Ukraine and the European Police Office regarding confidentiality and ensuring the preservation of information” (No. 0075), “On energy efficiency” (No. 4507), “On amendments to the law on combined production of heat and electricity in relation to the development of highly efficient cogeneration” (No. 4527).
