Participants in the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) to resolve the situation in Donbas agreed to hold a video conference to discuss the release of detainees held in certain areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions on December 23.
“In continuation of the work on the release of persons held in the ORDLO, the video conference of the Trilateral Contact Group is scheduled for Monday, December 23, 2019,” Darka Olifer, the spokesperson for second President of Ukraine and representative in the Trilateral Contact Group Leonid Kuchma said on Facebook on Dec. 20 morning.
