Editor’s Note: The U.S. House of Representatives Intelligence Committee has released new documents and materials produced to the Intelligence Committee by Lev Parnas, an associate of U.S. President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani. The documents – including phone records, texts and – were sent to the House Judiciary Committee “to be included as part of the official record that will be transmitted to the Senate along with the Articles of Impeachment,” according to a statement.
