LUHANSK – Toni Frisch, an OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) coordinator of the humanitarian subgroup of the Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine, has visited Ukrainian prisoners of war held in a Luhansk detention facility in order to monitor their incarceration conditions.
He visited the detention facility and met some prisoners, Frisch told reporters. The coordinator said he cannot disclose the contents of his conversations with them.
