Ukraine International Airlines (UIA, Kyiv) has canceled the fourth regular flight Kyiv-Yerevan PS611 scheduled for Oct. 5 due to the escalation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict.

UIA said on Oct. 3 that the airline made the appropriate decision based on the exceptionally high priority of flight safety and the need to comply with international aviation safety standards.

In addition, UIA’s independent actions to restrict flights to the conflict zone are synchronized with the position of the State Aviation Service of Ukraine.

Representatives of the airline will provide the necessary communication with the passengers of the specified flight and will provide them with all the necessary support provided by this situation.
