Ukraine airline says it didn’t delay flight from Tehran

Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) didn’t delay the flight from Tehran due to absence of reports on threats posed by Iran, UIA President Yevhen Dykhne said.

“On the moment of departure from Boryspil airport, the airlines had no information about possible threats. On the moment of departure from Tehran airport, absolutely no information was available, and no decisions were made by the responsible officials,” he said at a briefing at Boryspil International Airport on Jan. 11.
