Ukraine’s Deputy Foreign Minister for European Integration Olena Zerkal, at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, has called for the immediate release of Ukrainian sailors and ships captured in the Kerch Strait in November 2018.
“Today, Ukraine asks the Court to apply temporary measures that require Russia to immediately release the naval ships of Ukraine and their crew members and return them to Ukraine,” said the Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine, speaking at a court hearing in Hamburg on May 10.
