The Ukrainian government declared a state of emergency in the national energy sector at an extraordinary government meeting on Feb. 15, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent has reported.
“Are there any objections, is the decision made? The decision is made,” Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said on Feb. 15.
