You're reading: Ukraine, Denmark to cooperate under energy efficiency, renewables projects

The Memorandum on Cooperation in the Field of Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy and Alternative Fuels was signed by representatives of Ukraine and the Kingdom of Denmark.

The document was signed in Copenhagen on April 5 by authorized representatives of the two countries as part of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko’s official visit to Denmark, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent has reported.

The Memorandum provides for the exchange of experience and information between the countries on best practices in the production of electricity using renewable sources and alternative fuels, ensuring stable operation of the power grids, as well as implementing joint energy efficiency projects.
