Ukraine intends to provide Lithuania with humanitarian aid in the form of barbed wire to equip the border with Belarus.
The relevant draft presidential decree was approved at a government meeting on July 28.
According to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba, this decision is connected with the current critical situation on the border of Lithuania with Belarus and the treatment of the Lithuanian side.
In particular, this is about the critical increase in the number of illegal migrants who come to Lithuania from Belarus.
