Ukrainian Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak has discussed with the high-level strategic adviser from Canada, Jill Sinclair, the process of reforming the Ukrainian defense department and the events scheduled for 2018.
“We’ve just finished meeting with Ms. Jill Sinclair, a strategic adviser from Canada, and we discussed the latest developments in Ukraine, the state of reform of the defense ministry and new events planned for this year,” Poltorak wrote on his Facebook page on Friday.
The minister expressed his hope for further support and cooperation with the Canadian partners.
