The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry summons German Ambassador Ernst Reichel to provide an explanation of his statements during an interview, who had said that the elections in the Donbas territories uncontrolled by Kyiv, are possible under the current conditions.
“The German ambassador was invited to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry to provide an explanation of his statements made in an interview with the RBC-Ukraine publication,” the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry’s press service told Interfax on Feb. 7.
