Russia continues to intimidate the observers of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) in Donbas, violating the Minsk agreements, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mariana Betsa has said.
“Russia and its puppets are again intimidating the OSCE SMM and interfering with their activities in Donbas. Another violation of the Minsk agreements. We condemn it,” Betsa wrote on her Twitter account on Thursday.
Earlier, the Ukrainian side of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination reported that illegal armed groups had opened fire in the direction of the OSCE SMM patrol during a staff shift at the Donetsk filtration station.
