Ukraine’s Health Ministry seeks to buy more vaccines via UNICEF and spend the funds saved on procurement using 2015 budget funds.
“The Health Ministry plans additional vaccine procurement via UNICEF using the funds saved in the amount of $3.19 million,” the ministry said.
