UkrInform: Amnesty International says Umerov, Chiygoz should have the right to freely return to Crimea

Ilmi Umerov and Akhtem Chiygoz should have the right to return to Crimea without hindrance and fear of being persecuted.

This is said in the statement released on the website of Amnesty International Ukraine.
