UkrInform: Berlin insists on peaceful settlement of military conflict in Donbas

Berlin continues to insist that the main purpose of the conflict resolution in Donbas is de-escalation, which will help us move to political steps of the settlement.

State Secretary Steffen Seibert said this at a briefing on January 8, an Ukrinform correspondent reported from Germany.
