Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers will file an appeal against the decision by Kyiv’s District Administrative Court to reinstate Roman Nasirov as chairman of the State Fiscal Service, the government’s representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Vadym Denysenko, has reported on Facebook.
