In December 2016, the cost of ingredients needed for the Ukrainian traditional borshch soup cooked with meat grew by 2.6 percent and without meat – by 2.4 percent compared with November 2016, according to the Economic Discussion Club.

Thus, in December 2016, the cost of borshch ingredients for 3.5 – 4 liters of water totaled: Hr 67.55 with meat and Hr 15.50 without meat.
