UkrInform: ECHR orders Russia to pay Ukrainian journalist 9,000 euro for unlawful arrest

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has ordered Russia to pay Ukrainian journalist and human rights defender Maksym Butkevich 9,000 euro in compensation for the unlawful arrest during a rally in St. Petersburg on July 16, 2006.
