UkrInform: EU allocates additional 24 million euro for Donbas

The European Union allocates 24 million euro in humanitarian aid for the needs of the population in eastern Ukraine.

EU Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Management Christos Stylianides announced this decision on February 28, a Brussels-based Ukrinform correspondent reports.
